Message From Dr. Elizabeth Mabry
My priority is keeping patients safe during this Covid-19 pandemic. The American Academy of Ophthalmology has mandated that all ophthalmologists cease providing any treatment other than urgent or emergent care until this crisis is over.
My office is staffed to reschedule appointments and answer your questions. I will see patients who have any urgent eye problems. I will use telemedicine if possible but will gladly examine patients in the office if needed. My answering service will continue to answer phone calls after business hours and on weekends. Simply call the office number, (423)385-2020, and someone will help you.
If you wear contact lenses and currently have less than a 3-month supply, I recommend that you place an order now. If your contact lens prescription has expired, I will extend the prescription for 3 months on a case-by-case basis.
This is a very uncertain time, and it is my deepest hope that you stay healthy and safe.
Elizabeth Mabry MD
